Terrible business decisions and the coordinators pay for these bad decisions. Most of the “strategic partnerships” either don’t give us studies or their studies do not start. Unrealistic goals and even by miracle we do reach it, bonuses once promised are “cut in half” while management is flying across sites and spending the revenue. If you are offered a management position, RUN! If you are offered a site operational position, RUN FARTHER!! I give this place a few more months to file for bankruptcy or all their staff will be driven away by a certain bully.

Everything from office management to distasteful and miserable coworkers. Take your experience elsewhere unless you just want the depression seriously, I wouldn't even waste a breathe on these people because it's a waste of time. I have NEVER seen so many deviations done collectively on one study in my life. A vaccine study at that. No knowledge of an ICF process , The PI's are LAZY but Money hungry. That shows you these people don't know what they're doing and will take any study to save the sinking ship. Let me not get started on how these people can't even draw labs. like.. what?? Everyone is "Academic" but no real experience.. Good luck with that.
