Cons

Because the company is a publically traded, the stakeholders can make the decision at any point to dissolve the division.

Great place to work. Good people, management actually seems to care about employees and about patients, good incentives, opportunities for growth.

Cons

Certain areas of the organization seem to have a lot of fluff/people who aren't doing much. Others are so busy they can't see straight. Growing quickly and there isn't necessarily proper distribution of head count between groups.
