Some nice people. Could have a work and life balance.

Cons

Upper management is not well deserved the high position which causing many incompetent people in the company. Communication is not transparent. The company vibes/energy is not right. It's not a lively and open environment. I know a lot of people don't have enough work to do wheres some are constantly overloaded.

Pros

Get to do meaningful work to improve patient lives on various therapeutic. Some colleagues are extremely talented, dedicated and wonderful to work with.

Cons

Senior management is incredibly toxic, condescending, abrasive and incompetent. They are completely disconnected from the work and talent of their employees and their hard work. You are essentially taken for granted and treated like a "the help". Those with integrity and talent rarely have the opportunity to advance. They are overlooked for those who curry favor to upper management and bully others into getting their way. Emotionally taxing environment as an entire team's months or years of hard work can get sabotaged at the final hour just to appease someone in management or review boards ego.

A lot of employees are pleasant to work with. They have good benefits

Cons

You are severely underpaid for the work. High performers are given more work with no compensation adjustment. HR limits internal transfers, and is notorious for being shady. As someone who's put in many years into this company, I have not seen any true development provided.
