Where do I begin - upper management are bullies, racism is very prevalent, micro managing occurs consistently, there is absolutely no room for growth, managers play favorites, managers pry into personal lives too much, no concept of work life balance, expected to dedicate majority of your week (even non-working hours) to company’s work, too much organizational changes

Poor executive management. No real leadership skills, didn't care about putting pressure on others and were passive aggressive in the way treated their teams.
