It's difficult to cover everything I enjoy about this company. Clear, constant communication to all employees, great benefits and pay, very flexible in working with you and a work-life balance, extremely knowledgeable and passionate colleagues, influential. I feel like leadership can be trusted and I have confidence in them.

Cons

There are so many experienced and intelligent people here that it can sometimes be difficult to work with others when their egos get in the way and people tend to silo their departments. If you can break past that and build a rapport, then cross-functional teams work well.
