      Some of the staff is pretty good at getting the job done

      Cons

      Underappreciated. Hiring managers lack interviewing skills. Rude, entitled, senior management. Human Resources lack diversity. Mostly white females in HR. Stop hiring of friends or former colleagues over good, qualified applicants.

      Salary was very high. It was easy to take day offs

      This company (or senior level management) never takes care about employees. some of employees were fired without notice (suddenly employees disappeared). In addition, senior management didn't have clear business strategy.
