Remote working. Some good, knowledgeable people in the Business but overstepped by the “Yes” people.

Cons

Work/life balance. Mental health - lip service given to caring about their employee’s health and mental well being but, Snr Management allowed to treat staff however they want. Promotions handed out for no apparent reason (no formal process/allow for others to apply) but when ask about career opportunities told no promotions this year.

Assets investments not well thought out. Recent deals caused layoffs as they are way over R&D budget. Starting to feel like big pharma under former big pharma leadership. Decision making has become slow.
