Where do I begin - upper management are bullies, racism is very prevalent, micro managing occurs consistently, there is absolutely no room for growth, managers play favorites, managers pry into personal lives too much, no concept of work life balance, expected to dedicate majority of your week (even non-working hours) to company’s work, too much organizational changes

Political and chaotic. Depending on the department it can be toxic. Definitely not patient centric and lawsuit heavy. Had an article written about it on anti-competitive behavior and is currently suing the FDA. Disorganized and has reorganized multiple times over the last few years with no change management. Lack of change management has led to a lack of clarity around responsibilities and accountabilities and lots of politics. I’ve never been at a company before where so many process projects have just faded away.
