Nothing much.They can give you nightmares !! Very unsafe company to work with.

Cons

The top management keeps changing like climate. They made me resign from my previous organization stating that they would offer me 30% hike and the day i joined the gave me an offer letter with 10% hike. The biggest wonder is that how did they manage to find such dumb idiotic Senior management. The person who takes care delivering the project would head the sales team and what he knows next to sales is nothing. I'm certainly not optimistic about anybody joining this company.

1. Good System infrastructure to all. 2. Flexible Timing 3. Place to implement all your innovative ideas. 4. Best Truck tax product..

Cons

1. Salary will be credited on every month 5th. Some time it will be delayed to 7th. 2. No proper business development team. 3. Lacking in employee management process. 4. You are in risk, if project gets over. 5. Variable pay is one of the major constraint.

Good startup company to start your career with, if you have talent you may be able to work with here. You will get all the opportunity to show case your talent and show mentorship to your peer. You will be given with good opportunity whenever this employer gets one for you, your growth may be slower when comparing with other companies though.

Cons

Small company, no management structure that could be improved. Top management is not transparent and it keeps changing.
