Good people, used to be a great culture.

Cons

CEO liked to talk about loyalty, which is funny. It's wall st. You will fired in a heartbeat if the find someone cheaper.

Pros

There are some good associates that are very motivated to do good work. I enjoyed my work experience there

Cons

Zero firm-wide culture despite Rich & Brian's monthly, repetitive newsletter. Since LUK acquisition, R&B much less visible and much less in touch.
