Bad place to work

Pros

This has been the worst place to work in my career. Avoid especially if you are a junior.

Cons

Pay is very low, no career progression, management in London is totally dependent on NY and really have no say.

Pros

- health centre/gym in the basement is convenient - work could be interesting and varied at times

Cons

- remuneration is nothing special - culture and environment is very opaque and political - favouritism and unequal treatment within teams - work/life balance varies from tolerable to non-existent - recruitment process contrived and unnecessarily onerous

Pros

I really can't think of any. I did have some good friends there.

Cons

The HR department was terribly run as was IT. No one knew what was going on. My job role was constantly changing without any consultation with me and often without telling me until the last minute. One day people turned up at our area and told us that we would all be moving desks the next day.
