      Too many leeches (over paid staff)

      Pros

      Great if you make it into the “inner” circle.

      Cons

      Too many politics, too many MDs who are over paid. Lots of Sr staff who generate 0 revenue but enjoy the benefits being in the “inner” circle. Others who never reach their target budget but are still paid a high salary.

      Great team on the ground

      Asia equity sales management was purely self serving and did not bother to understand either the customer base or changes facing the company and industry. Many great opportunities are continuing to appear, but this management team was purposely very short sighted, to maintain the status quo internally, and continued to fight (badly) yesterday's wars
