Pros

treat employee well, great culture, promote creativity. you'll find ample opportunities to excel if you work hard. good work/life balance.

Cons

as firm expands, some of the great culture fades and disappears. with crisis, lawsuits, and scandals hitting the firm one by one, management lost the capability to focus on its employees and maintain transparency.
