Pros

Decent location of office, gym in basement. Staff who have been there a long time are good to work with

Cons

Very little training given to help you develop Poor management structure and communication Poor bonuses Hard to progress unless your face fits.

Pros

Very relaxed environment, nice group of people. The CEO is invested heavily in the equity of the business so interests are very clearly aligned with the success of the business.

Cons

For senior employees there's the opportunity to make good money though funding costs are v high compared to elsewhere. For junior employees (VP and below) it's not at all a meritocracy, no matter how good/awful you are, you will go up a level every 3 yrs.
