Pros

There really are zero pros to working at 520 Madison , maybe the food options in midtown but as for the company, they don’t give you any benefits!!!

Cons

Constantly laying off people. I work in the CRM Madison department, and that area has constant people coming in and out. I was offered a contract for 6 months like others, only to be told half way through that we had a budget cut!!horrible organization just as bad as the rest!

Pros

Incredible culture and amazing people. Top investment bank. leading in numerous groups and industries (Healthcare, Industrials, etc...). As a junior analyst, you take a lot of responsibilities. Management respects work/life balance.

Cons

Nothing different to any other investment bank. Heavy workload and long hours, but nothing bad. Steap learning curve. Growing company so everyone is expected to work hard.
