Our products save lives among the vulnerable cohort of patients. This is what keeps the team going although work can be challenging from time to time as we are just ramping up volume production. Management has been very supportive in providing resources and guidance for our team. Everyone around me work extremely hard consistently and they stay very motivated. Long hours are needed to get our products to the market that has a void to fill. For that reason, I am happy to be a part of game changing company.

I’ve always worked at large companies so coming to JenaValve was definitely a bit of a culture shock. Although the company is still essentially a start-up, the risk associated with newer start-ups no longer exists. The company is well funded and has an amazing product that is and will save lives . That mission alone is what inspires me to continue working hard and putting my all. Are there challenging days? Absolutely! Unlike large companies where everything has been established and set in stone - that is not the case at JenaValve - which is also what I love about working here. You have the ability to truly make significant changes and create processes and be a part of the foundation building of the company . You just don’t get these opportunities at larger companies! If you’re a creator and want to build and see your ideas come to fruition - you’ll love this place . If you’re someone that likes to stay in the shadows and skim by- this is not the place for you. This team is so passionate and works so hard - I couldn’t ask for a better place to work at !
