Pros

Monetary compensation is currently slightly above average. Everyone gets their birthday off. Sometimes there is free food.

Cons

Office is a ghost town and roughly 1/3 occupied due to considerable recent layoffs. Depressing work environment in every sense. Health insurance costs to employee continue to rise. No 401k. Expected to work weekends, evenings, middle of the night, with little warning. Not a conducive job for anyone with a family or personal life. There have been a few new hires and all have been in Mexico.

1.Great place to work. 2. Manager is very down to earth and very friendly. 3. Birthday Parties celebration every month 4. Flexible hours

1. Pay is very low and there is no annual reviews until we ask the upper management
