Outstanding colleagues, flexible schedule, better than fair compensation, company (mostly) paid insurance, birthday holiday, option to work from home when necessary, will invest in certification, opportunity to gain a ton of knowledge and experience in many areas
Cons
80/20 insurance, no 401k match, overly political culture, very long hours expected as deadlines approach, no severance for layoffs, training is sink or swim, complete lack of structure, lack of transparency
