Pros

Jenkon has been a significant facilitator to my career aspirations. I have always been challenged and thoroughly enjoy the colleagues that I have been fortunate to work with. Working from home has been a great benefit.

Cons

Jenkon services a global client base which may require adjustment of hours in order to be available for support task, client calls, etc. In my experience, adjusting for this usually can be planned for. Working from home also helps with management of time and availability.

Pros

A great team makes a great company and the folks here are awesome to work with. It is truly inspiring to build industry-defining solutions along side some of the most talented people I have ever worked with. Management is supportive in every way allowing employees to grow and challenge themselves. You get state-of-the-art equipment, training and the leadership to do a great job. The PTO and pay is excellent and work/flex time is awesome. Just an all around great company to work for!

Cons

Let that awesome birthday holiday float all year.

Good salary that about it.

Cons

Unclear direction. Interviewing for new employees a week before layoffs. No severance packages just get out. Technology stack all over the place with no clear direction
