The company’s mission is important and interesting. I was surrounded by smart people who were experts in their field and had passion for their work. The PE firm that owns the company is solid and was supporting the growth plan.

Cons

From my perspective, there were so many projects that it sometimes felt overwhelming to stay on top of them all.
