      Extensive knowledge and industry participation, great exposure to all types of fire protection engineering, great way to build network, flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      Revenue focused, utilization focused, no pay for hours worked over 40, unfavorable work life balance, no corporate transparency, owned by an investment firm only looking to make money, potential for burnout is high

      Pros

      You do get to team up with some awesome colleagues at lower levels. There's an unlimited vacation policy. As long as your supervisor is on board, it's a sweet deal.

      Cons

      Thinking about joining these guys (and yeah it's mostly guys)? Heads up it can get a bit chaotic. Senior management's been rearranging the team like Jenga reducing diversity and cutting out top talent. They talk a big game about being caring but it feels more like they're all about personal gain. Work life balance? Hangs by a thread with insane hours giving off more of a sweatshop vibe. If you're in support functions watch out - billable roles tend to take center stage and leadership esteems their opinions more than others. Consider yourself warned!
