Yes, we are sponsored by a private equity firm, and similar to other private and public firms, we want to continue to grow and with that, want our people to grow with us. In 2020, much like other organizations, we did have to make tough decisions in order to weather the uncertainty of the pandemic, which included a temporary reduction in salaries. However, we were pleased that employee salaries were restored to 100% within 60 days while Sr. Management decided to continue with the reduction for much of the year. In 2021 and 2022, we have made compensation and benefits a top priority and are pleased at the salary increases and bonuses that have been paid to the global employee base. We will continue to focus on our People and make continual improvements to create a positive employee experience. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
