Pros

They were pretty good at supplying us with the equipment we needed to perform our jobs. If you weren't unreasonable about what you needed you usually got it.

Cons

Slave-like devotion to the bottom line and an unwillingness to listen to employees who had concerns about where the company was taking them. No articulate defense to concerns addressed by employees. Expectations didn't match pay.

It’s great working for JH knowing I’m looked out for. The company takes each person’s requests and values into consideration and aims to satisfy everyone as best they can.

Cons

It’s a long process and large company so the future of working from home requires lots of planning. There doesn’t seem like a straightforward answer.. yet.
