      Pros

      Very many very knowledgeable people to learn from and very unique projects to work on. People take their work seriously but also care about each other. This office does mostly fire protection and is growing.

      Cons

      You will need to work hard and be willing to learn new skills to be successful. That many not be what all people want. It could be stressful if not used to a fast pace office.

      good pay and flexible schedule. There is also a lot of room to move around and try new things

      Very demanding. no work life balance

      Interesting projects to work on and great people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a company who doesn't care about it's employees. They have been bought and sold so many times that you don't know who is really in charge.
