Pros

I learned a lot about the fire protection engineering world, and got to work with and learn from some of the most intelligent people in the field. Got to know some great people. Free treats every Friday! The holiday party for the Baltimore office was always a good time.

Cons

No growth for administrative staff. They have no interest in actually investing in overhead careers. I also did not like the way they treated the technical staff - work them to the bone in order to meet unrealistic utilization goals. Benefits kept getting worse every year. Morale is low in the Baltimore office.

Cons

Lack of organization and treat their employees like garbage. Upper management some of the most snobby entitled egotistical narcissists I have ever worked with.
