      Pros

      The people in the teams are real it’s not like being in a cult. My schedule is the best I’ve ever had. Most customers are respectful.

      Cons

      Compensation is too low. Higher ups have declined to increase wages to help with inflation and raises that were being planned were then scrapped. Always increasing the work load/goals but not increasing the compensation. Asks you to do 100 tasks but keeps stripping away the time in which to do it for “efficiency”. Burn out is real. Communication and synergy between teams is almost nonexistent. Meaning most of the hard work comes from sales colleagues rather than customers.

      Pros

      Alot of opportunity to wear many hats. You are given the ability to make your presence heard and valued. Early on I was praised for the 5 key areas they strive for.

      Cons

      Company lack of innovating forces the hand of the creative and the wild volume they demand. So many times we have pivoted back to the same value props from the early days because leadership lacking ability to be ambitious. You can feel the stress trickle down from the board to leadership when it comes to finding wins. The more it trickles down, the more volatile the messaging becomes. Everybody is stressed at this place and the leadership do not allow honest, open conversation about work/life balance without you feeling like you are expendable.

We have significantly evolved our strategy since then, and much of what you described is no longer reflective of Jerry’s current environment. Based on your comments regarding the “5 key areas,” it appears your time at Jerry may have been around three years ago, as we now operate with three core values. While we humbly recognize that we will always have challenges and opportunities for growth, we are proud to say that much of the feedback in your review describes an experience that isn’t consistent with our company or culture today, and we remain committed to continually improving as we grow.
