In my professional experience I have seen how a number of different Tech/SAAS Company's operate and treat their employees. Jerry honestly has the best Company Culture I have ever seen! -Everyone wants to assist everyone in anyway and at any time they can - All employees are extremely welcoming and very driven! - The founders and CEO are very inclusive and value their employees thoughts and concerns. Ideas are always welcome! - Regular in person events are organized that allow employees to meet their fellow co-workers from all Company office locations including Canada, New York, and remote employees

Cons

- Only con is the 8am all hands meeting on Mondays (But this has helped me get back to being a morning person)

Jerry is all about a supportive and welcoming work culture. Managers are driven to get you to where you want to be and are easily reachable for any help. The company makes sure to acknowledge accomplishment often. We have Flex Time so a lot of flexibility when it comes to schedule.
