      Pros

      Jerry is a great place to work that has a defined Product Market Fit and technology differentiation that no other insurance provider is doing. The company is on a rocket ship in terms of Month over Month revenue and customer growth. They use data and rational business logic when making decisions The most important things for me is working with co-workers who are smart, have the do the right thing mentality, and work that is meaningful that helps people save money on essential expenses.

      Cons

      The after thoughtful analysis, the company moves fast in making decisions. If you are a person who needs lots of time for the sake of time, before making decisions, this is not a place for you.

      The software group is well managed and organized. A great place to learn and start your career as a new grad.

      Cons

      Pay is relatively low, but the company cash flow is in good position.
