Way too much micromanagement from the exec team. Lots of inexperienced and unqualified C players in data, engineering and people team (HR). Low cash compensation.

Cons

Lengthy administrative processes and lack of innovation. Moreover, if it is not a department of the main industry, it will lack market competitiveness and of course it will not provide competitive salaries.

- The chance to work with and learn from people who are both extremely capable. - Working to build something impactful from the ground up. - Getting to work on interesting, challenging problems. - Really strong mentorship from senior peers.

Cons

- Remote work can sometimes be a con - the flexibility is great, but the lack of in-person interaction can be difficult to manage at times.
