      Great place to work - very data driven

      Pros

      - Jerry has a very strong data-driven culture: they've made a lot of investments in data engineering that make it easy to access clean data. Reporting and analyses are used and trusted by everyone and there’s a high level of data literacy across teams. - People are really collaborative, friendly, and genuinely invested in the company’s success. - The executive team is smart and highly engaged.

      Cons

      - Jerry has a very flat structure, which means a lot of interaction with leadership. I like this, but some people might not like it.

      Pros

      - The chance to work with and learn from people who are both extremely capable. - Working to build something impactful from the ground up. - Getting to work on interesting, challenging problems. - Really strong mentorship from senior peers.

      Cons

      - Remote work can sometimes be a con - the flexibility is great, but the lack of in-person interaction can be difficult to manage at times.
