Pros

Everyone is highly capable but also genuinely kind and willing to roll up their sleeves to help when needed. I’m grateful to be part of a driven, motivated team that encourages me to raise my own bar and grow professionally.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but startup life isn’t for everyone. Things are naturally less structured, but this also gives you the freedom to shape your role and make a meaningful impact early on.
