Thank you for taking time to share this feedback. We’re glad you’ve experienced strong pay, a remote setup, and cross-team collaboration—but we’re concerned about the issues you raised around job security, management support, and communication. Just to clarify, we don’t currently do not have a “Helpdesk Technician” position at the company, so it’s possible you’re in a similarly titled role or left your feedback at the wrong company. Either way, your perspective matters. If you’re willing, please email peopleteam@jerry.ai . We treat every conversation confidentially and use it to improve leadership coaching, team support, and career-path clarity. Thank you again for speaking up. Constructive input like yours helps us build a workplace where people feel secure, supported, and heard.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

This company uses illegal hiring process such as having 1 role but posting it in all states as opposed to leaving it remote. To make it look appealing and having people apply then taking the data contact information. They don't even look at those that applied. They don't post salaries which is required by federal laws. Their CEO admited this.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry our hiring experience felt discouraging—your perspective helps us improve. Why some openings list multiple states: We hire remotely across the U.S. When labor laws or payroll rules differ by location, we list the role in every state where we can legally employ someone. That way applicants know up-front whether we can put them on payroll. About salary information: Federal law doesn’t yet require pay ranges nationwide, though several states and cities do. We do share the range with any candidate who asks. If there's a role you want to learn more about, please reach out to the Recruiting team or the People team for more information. We know we’re not perfect yet—but we’re moving in the right direction. How applications are reviewed: Every résumé is evaluated against clear role criteria by our Recruiting team. We never collect candidate information for marketing or for other business purposes. We’d like to learn more: If you’re willing, email peopleteam@jerry.ai. Your note goes straight to our People team and will be treated confidentially. Thank you again for holding us accountable. Your insights help us build a fair, transparent hiring experience.
