      Jet Aviation is a good company, but hawker pacific is not

      Pros

      Jet Aviation: the culture was fine, you could feel it when you walked around the offices. Jet Aviation was a quality American company.

      Cons

      Hawker Pacific: it has much unhealthy and local culture, the acquisition of Hawker Pacific ruins Jet Aviation. Many Jet Aviation staff join other companies due to the acquisition of Hawker Pacific.

      A lot of innovation and a really dynamic team which needs to adapt to strong systems constraints, customized aircrafts and customer with a lot of expectations

      Cons

      Executive Management and Management Few people considered as expert should be at the right level in the organization to better smooth financial impact and mix properly the impact of our product lines before we loose them all.
