The FBO and facility management is terrible. Underpaid employees and low moral. High turnover ratio. Executive leadership is terrible as well.

Some accounts for a pilot have good reputations. Mine did not.

Cons

Management is willing to use extortion, harassment and blackmail to get what they want. As other reviews mentioned, it’s a old boys club with very few women or minorities in any executive management roles and it shows. The position I took opened up due to a fight between two pilots where one pilot was brought in as a “friend of the D.O.” and then was frequently scheduled with the 2nd pilot and harassed him even after the harassed pilot made complaints to the account’s Lead Pilot.
