      Pros

      401-K price match, paid vacation, personal days, and sick days. Family oriented.

      Cons

      Layoffs or rifts as they call them. Way better than boeing. And they do try to save as many jobs as possible.

      Good opportunity for entry level technicians, clean neat well organized work area, more than enough materials to work with, well stocked tool and supply room, full time employment with benefits.

      Cons

      Strict workplace rules and guidelines with little tolerance, causing a loss of job anxiety, Cliquish high school like atmosphere and games among employees and management, Inconsistent raises if at all and low pay, Upward mobility dependent on popularity, Frequent lay offs
