      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good with General Dynamics, plenty of opportunities for OT, tips are typically very good (unless you work 3rd shift)

      Cons

      FBO was constantly short-staffed and it didn't seem like corporate was doing much in assisting local leadership in finding people. Corporate is more concerned with their BS "Success Factors goals" than actually making the job better for employees.
