The company was a good company to work for. I gained valuable contract experience and I would recommend this company to others.

Cons

The location is a little difficult to get to. No supporting business in the area. Usually had a difficult time in parking.

Great senior management, very supportive and ready to listen and help. Good benefits and opportunities to development and learning. Fair in promotions. Good balance in autonomy to managers and controls.

Cons

Sites not much integrated, but there are initiatives from managers to improve that. General Dynamics american way of doing business.
