Cons

Racism is the law Favouritism if your race is the same as the current management Toxic environment Disqualified Management Verbal and psychological harassment carried out by the MRO management and supported by a clueless HR management

I join Jet since 2014 i was the first badge to set up and establish the Facility Department.

Pros

Working environment was great all staff are friendly and easy to work with. Even to the extend to the management 2014 to 2017. After the company accusation Hawker Pacific everything change all Top management are from Hawker and there are no ethic of work since the accusation.

Cons

Working with Hawker Pacific style and has no work ethic. Eventhough Jet Aviation has establish the work ethic Singapore Jet management still has their own style of doing thing and its is not like what Jet has establish a great culture. My opinion from a great company to bad and now worst!!!
