      Pros

      - learn a lot about aviation business - good exposure to corporate environment on a global scale - learnt about what's important for me in life

      Cons

      - politics and gossip throughout every layer of the organisation - values are business driven, not people driven - need for a non toxic working environment not endorsed by C-Suite - career development for selected groups only - no room for flexibility when trying to align work and personal

      Pros

      Some accounts for a pilot have good reputations. Mine did not.

      Cons

      Management is willing to use extortion, harassment and blackmail to get what they want. As other reviews mentioned, it’s a old boys club with very few women or minorities in any executive management roles and it shows. The position I took opened up due to a fight between two pilots where one pilot was brought in as a “friend of the D.O.” and then was frequently scheduled with the 2nd pilot and harassed him even after the harassed pilot made complaints to the account’s Lead Pilot.
