Pros

I met some great people there, a lot of smart engineers. Great compensation. The work environment is one of a kind, since all the teams (design, engineers, mechanics, woodshop...) are located in the same vicinity, which make it possible "in theory" to collaborate more efficiently during the product development process. The Senior management at the time (Adam White) was the greatest I had seen in my career, encouraging, challenging, driving to innovation.

Cons

With that being said, the issues were that there wasn't really any R&D happening and that the direct management was awful. It was almost impossible to make any improvement happen due to a lot of people being close-minded and an organization ruled by political games. I don't understand how the Engineering direct managers (Alexis, Luc and Luc) could have such an aggressive, inconsiderate behavior and still be there. A lot of it was happening behind the scenes. No professional growth. Also, the turnover was insane, most of the people that didn't quit were French Alsacian and it was probably their best option - people from other places didn't stay longer than a year.
