Pros

Jet aviation have been very proactive in the first instance to recruit me into the business. They have been very supportive during the time I have been with the business. I feel very grateful for the opportunity I have been given.

Cons

The department I work in is located in New Zealand, but the head office is in Australia which can make some processes slow due the the time difference and the differences in NZ and Aus employment laws.

- management do not take action to resolve issues - management doesnt listen and only take action when accident happens. -bad working culture. Too many slackers. -if you are capable, you will work to your death. -long working hours.
