      Everything else. Overworked and unpaid, this company uses and abuses its staff. Hostile and abusive work environment, overt undertones of racism, sexism and gender discrimination

      No defined advancement steps. Basically you have to do a leads job for multiple years without the title or pay then they may give you the title with or without a pay increase.

      Few people in engineering with industry experience. Crazy/costly and ineffective engineering processing management with error laden data still issued to prod. Senior management briefed to reduce the crazy number of managers. Response is to claim senior engineers are managers and to cut those roles by demoting them to basic engineer titles. Get ready for the department collapse!
