      Pros

      People for the most part in your own team are loyal and work well together. Most people have been with the company for on average 10 plus years

      Cons

      People in the department let go due to COVID and who is left are expected to pick up the slack. Being given more and more work to do but being “performance managed” at the same time.

      Possibilty to live in Germany or France with salary higher than european one but still not up to Swiss Salary

      Cons

      Politics driving the company, no will to make "noise" and drive changes, remove useless people and reward productive people. Bad Management from top to mid levels, no development, no interest in employee well being.
