Pros

Jet used to be a great company that practiced their values. There are no pros anymore. I have no faith in this company.

Cons

Jet used to be a wonderful company with an incredible vision who had two great men running the Salt Lake team. Now the Salt Lake team is ran by people who only have an interest in stuffing their pockets and trying to get away with shady business practices. Great managers and Supervisors are constantly threatened they will lose their jobs for reasons that are unethical. When said managers and supervisor finally have had enough the message to the floor is they "resigned". Don't bother going to HR. Everyone on the team was "hand picked" and came with a specialty in managing by creating fear and forcing people out. There have been countless wrongful terminations and cases resulting in the Labor Commission getting involved. Retaliation is constant and nothing is ever confidential. The Jet team is a dying breed. We now have more agents taking calls for Walmart.com in the building than we do actual Jet agents and no plans to increase Or promote anything on the Jet side. A large group of folks just came out from Walmart's call center in Houston to help train Jet teams how to take Walmart escalations. Little do those poor Houston folks know the plan is to close their call center leaving all those people unemployed. The list goes on..

Thanks for your review and I will try to address your concerns the best that I can in this space. I am new to the organization, but have a great deal of confidence and trust in our management team to do the right thing. We strongly stand behind our zero-tolerance policy for lying, harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation. If you believe this is occurring, there are many confidential ways to report it. We see the incremental expansion of some Walmart business into the Utah Jet facility as great news that has and will continue to create new roles and career opportunities for our team. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. I am just completing focus groups with all our teams to gather feedback and encourage you to message me directly so I can research and address your concerns. - Howard S., Director of Member Services
