      Amazing people, amazing culture, amazing leadership. Show up to work on time like a responsible adult and you'll be recognized. Work hard and you'll be recognized. Know what you want and be passionate about it. Be Incredible! Lots of room for growth and lots of specialty teams to choose from. Fraud, SWAT, Shield, MS, Partner Operations, WM-Partner Operations. Positions are constantly opening up! Supervisors are helpful and encourage and supportive on your growth within the company.

      Cons

      To many work exclusive events. I'd rather spend family time after work. Or be able to bring them along! We did love the baseball game this year!

      Pros

      Jet is the best. There's a focus on the employee experience here like I've never seen before and people literally hang out in the office after work. Couple this with the ridiculous (in a good way) challenges you face professionally given the quick scale of eCommerce and the lead role Jet seems to be taking post Walmart acquisition, and you have a place where your career can be elevated quickly with all of the fun rewards that go with that.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy creep post acquisition is happening in pockets.
