* Very good tech stack in F# * The base pay is competitive * Good if you want to work for Walmart * Fantastic work-life balance, tons of free time

Cons

* Total comp is okay but not competitive * Huge growth of middle management post-acquisition leading to inefficiencies * Pain to coordinate with Walmart Labs people * Walmart Labs has a completely different engineering culture and much lower bar for hiring * Lots of internal politics between original Jet and Walmart ppl

Great benefits and pay, friendly staff, great peak season rewards and incentives

Cons

They do not stand up for their employees during their time of need, even after working through 4 hours of a severe kidney infection, nauseated, running back and forth between the bathroom and my cart, just to make sure I was still doing my job. Couldn't even function enough to get halfway home and it took my grandmother 4 hours just to find me... That's how much I over worked myself while being VERY ILL, but sticking through it... And still when I am in the ER the next day, I am emailed and told I am terminated. I worked very hard for them! If they showed more appreciation towards their employees, they would probably have less of a turn over rate and a better group of employees, maybe even long term.
