      Micro Managing Nightmare

      Pros

      Most of the Associates and Leads are a pleasure to work with. Company provides fountain drinks and fruit. There is a gaming area for ping pong, air hockey, and foosball.

      Cons

      The left hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Decisions are made and enacted upon on a whim. Panic ensues whenever orders drop in the afternoon. Outbound is the only department which matters. Management is more focused on numbers and less focused on quality, forcing good, hard working people out the door.

      Pros

      - Great place to learn about the e-commerce space - Fantastic office perks (great views, snacks, etc.) - Very supportive culture and the workplace has a lot of energy - Business appears to continue to operate relatively quickly, especially considering the Walmart acquisition and recent growth at the company - Proactive community towards knowledge sharing (i.e. office-hours, stand-up sessions, etc.) - Fantastic work-life balance

      Decent Company to work for

      Pros

      Growing company that takes care of its employees. 4 day shifts. Overtime when requested

      Cons

      New Company so many technical issues. Some managers have no clue how to do the job but they are quick to hand out orders. Some things happen out of your control with orders and its still on you to take the blame.
