      Pros

      snacks, coconut water and swag. People don't care about when do you go to work and when do you leave, just get the work done and you are good

      Cons

      the company locates in New Jersey. Though it's very close to New York City, it still takes a long commute time for people who live in Brookelyn

      Pros

      The colleagues you work with. The snacks provided and the proximity to home. I can't come up with anything else.

      Cons

      Leadership is going and very very inexperienced. They complain and throw tantrums more than children, but because they leaders they are never reprimanded.

      I honestly can say that without direct examples or feedback we can't make real changes to Jet. It sounds like you've been here for some time and have some great ideas that we could implement. I know the feeling that a culture has been lost or changed but that comes with growth regardless of the company.
