      Pros

      I can honestly say that hard work does not go unnoticed. The pay is good and the managers are awesome!

      Cons

      Some leads and/or problem solvers do not know how to address certain situations!

      - Small but growing company - Transparent culture - CEO and others in his team are visible throughout

      Cons

      - Traveling to Hoboken. I don't think it's a problem though.

      Awesome review, thanks for taking the time to leave it. All of us at Jet are very excited for the growth we're seeing and how far we have accomplished as a team in the last 2 years. We will continue to have our Senior Leadership visible on the floor and a big part of Jet. Depending on where you live it depends on if you like the location, we do have an epic view though.       Pros

      40+ hours a week. Work not very hard at all but it is however still a warehouse. Pay is very good. Overall, an okay place to work if you just need money.

      Cons

      A LOT of walking. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming. Working conditions become very harsh depending on the season. It gets unbearably hot in the summer and outrageously cold in the winter.
