Pros
When they were bigger and not own by Walmart they were really all about the employees, They had a great benefits package such as a parental leave that was the same length as their maternity leaves. Fair pay. . when walmart took over the salary was rasied a little bit and we were offered a great salary option.
Cons
When walmart took over jet.com was not the same ever again. they actually started to diminish and walmart started to dissolve random jet.com departments. such as their quality assurance. Some of their leaders were also not that great as they wouldn't properly coach their agents nor would they always be fair when it came to individuals.
